As Vice President of the Developer & Platform Evangelism (DPE) Group, Gladstone Grant’s mission is to build momentum around key Microsoft technologies, connect with Canada’s technology professionals to help develop their skills, and nurture Canadian technology innovation.

The DPE organization evangelizes the benefits and capabilities of the Microsoft platform and looks to build connections with communities of developers, IT professionals, ISVs, and designers across Canada. To do this, Gladstone’s organization manages a robust set of community engagement programs such as MSDN and TechNet, in addition to creating deep engagements with customers, partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Gladstone’s team helps Microsoft drive the early adoption of emerging elements of the Microsoft platform such as Software-plus-Services.

Most recently, he was a part of the Enterprise Services Leadership team where he built the Services Line Organization, launched packaged services offerings and Services Ready partner program which enables partners to improve their sales and delivery capacity for Microsoft Products and Solutions. Gladstone is a strong collaborator and team builder, and shares a deep passion for technology.

Prior to Microsoft, Gladstone worked in various Technology roles at Price Waterhouse, Ontario Hydro, IBM and had an overseas stint working for the Bank of Bermuda migrating their global IT infrastructure across 10 countries.
