Patti-Ann Marzocco

Vice President, Original Equipment Manufacturers Microsoft Canada Co.


As Vice President of Microsoft Canada's Original Equipment Manufacturers group, Ms. Marzocco is responsible for all aspects of sales to the original equipment manufacturing industries across the country. As the head of this unit, her mandate will be to drive the pre-installation of Microsoft operating systems and applications across the PC, server, mobile and consumer electronics industries.

Since joining Microsoft Canada in 1999, Ms. Marzocco held the position of Western Region Manager where she led the team to outstanding sales achievement and received worldwide recognition for her success. In 2004, as Director of Enterprise Regions, Ms. Marzocco was responsible for growing the enterprise software business across all four regions of Canada and was a major contributor to corporate sales strategy worldwide.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Marzocco successfully built two high-tech start-up companies. Ms. Marzocco served as President of C2K Technology Group Ltd., a solution provider for Y2K systems management. She joined C2K from Novatel Wireless Technologies Ltd., a leading-edge manufacturer of wireless voice and data solutions, where she spent three years as Director of Sales and Marketing. She started her career as National Manager of Advertising for the Value Plus Network on Rogers Cable TV.

Ms. Marzocco holds a Masters of Business Administration (Honours, Finance) from the University of Calgary as well as a Bachelor of Music degree. True to her Western Canadian roots, she enjoys the outdoors, particularly boating and camping with her husband and two young boys.
