Randy Lenaghan
Vice President, Enterprise and Partner Group, Microsoft Canada Co.
As Vice President of Microsoft Canada's Enterprise and Partner Group, Randy Lenaghan is responsible for all aspects of sales to the financial services, telecommunications industries and geographical regions across the country. As the head of this unit, his mandate includes delivering business value and solutions through high quality products, support and services, in association with systems integrators, ISVs and Microsoft Solution Providers.
Since joining Microsoft Canada in 2003, Mr. Lenaghan has led the financial sector within EPG where he has built a strong team and grown the business substantially. He was voted manager of the year in 2004 and plays an active role with the world wide Financial Services Leadership Team in developing consistent global solution offerings.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Lenaghan served as Vice President and General Manager of the Asia Pacific region for 724 Solutions, a wireless solution provider for the financial services and network operator market. Mr. Lenaghan joined 724 Solutions from BCE Emergis, an e-commerce company, where he spent three years as Vice President of Sales. He started his career with IBM Canada as a Sales Trainee where he held various sales and marketing positions.
Mr. Lenaghan is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. He enjoys photography and stays active running, cycling and playing golf.
