Tag. You’re it! Xbox Canada kicks off nationwide game of online tag

Toronto, ON, April 14, 2004 — Xbox Canada today announced Xbox Tag, an exciting new online contest available exclusively in Canada. Starting April 15, 2004, Canadians can log on to http://www.xbox.com/tag and register to participate in a nationwide game of virtual tag. An Xbox is not required to play, just e-mail and Internet access. After registering, participants are automatically entered for a chance to win great daily prizes of Limited Edition Xbox Packages featuring translucent green Xbox consoles. Once in the game, participants are encouraged to tag as many as 10 friends per day; the more people you tag, the more entries you get and the better your chances of winning. The contest runs until May 31, 2004, with a winner of a Limited Edition Xbox Package every day.

Every day for the duration of the contest, Xbox Canada will give away a Limited Edition Xbox Package, ranging in value from $385 to $465.
