Hi, I am Damir Bersinic, TechDays 2009 Team Lead from Microsoft Canada. In Vancouver on September 14th we will be kicking off TechDays 2009 in the first of 7 cities. With 5 tracks and over 40 sessions of content for Developers and IT Pros delivered by local experts there is bound to be something for everyone.

TechDays is about you and helping you grow your skills with the latest in Microsoft-based technologies including developer best practices on how to integrate others (IT architects, testers, etc.) into the development process to help streamline your projects. You will also learn how to develop applications that take advantage of Silverlight in the best possible way, how to optimize your applications for the user experience of Windows 7, and much, much more.

Each attendee at TechDays will receive a Learning Kit with a DVD full of resources - including virtual labs, training kits, offers from technology partners, and much more - to allow you to continue your learning when you leave TechDays. Furthermore, each Learning Kit includes a one-year TechNet Plus Direct subscription with access to over 80 Microsoft products, including Windows 7, that you can use for evaluation and testing.

Tickets are still available for Vancouver and Toronto.  If you, or someone you know, is interested in attending and you have questions, please email me .

We are looking forward to seeing you at TechDays!!
