Twice a year, every autumn and spring, we send out a survey called the
Global Relationship Study
to a number of IT Professionals across Canada. It’s not a Hoax - we use the feedback from this survey to make changes and adjustments within the company and how we engage with you — our customer.
One of the areas we got feedback on was ease in finding resources to help with your migration projects. As a result,
The Springboard site
was created. A one stop shop for finding all things related to
Exploring
,
Piloting / deploying
and
Managing
your environment for a migration from XP to Windows 7. I still find myself directing people there for help to find technical articles, videos and information on what Windows 7 Advantages are and how it can make your life easier than managing Windows XP.
If you get an email from "Microsoft Feedback” with the subject line “Help Microsoft Focus on Customers and Partners” from now until October 21st — it’s not a hoax or phishing email! Please open it and take a few minutes to tell us what you think. We look forward to hearing from you.
