Dear IT Managers,
Rodney Buike
Our team at Microsoft Canada is dedicated to better understanding and meeting the needs of IT professionals. Over the last few months the Canadian IT Pro Advisors have been working hard to support you in your career and help ensure you are successful in your job with the My TechNet Tour, the Fall and Winter IT Manager (Executive Roadmap) tours and Ignite Your Career webcasts. While the Heroes Happen {Here} Technical Readiness Tour is underway another very important event is unfolding.

As part of Microsoft Canada’s ongoing commitment to support customers we are requesting your participation in the Customer and Partner Satisfaction Survey. This survey will be sent to a random sample of IT Professionals and Managers across the country in March-April timeframe. You may be one of them! The Canadian IT Pro Advisor team encourages you to take the time to complete the survey as we truly appreciate your input. This feedback will help Microsoft meet your needs, improve programs for IT professionals, and identify ways to deliver greater value and support to you and your organization. The invitation will arrive from Ipsos Canada, an independent research company. Please be assured that Microsoft and Ipsos will take the necessary steps to safeguard your information. The responses to the survey will be treated with strictest confidence. Our goal is to have you Very Satisfied and hope that is the selection you choose. In fact our team is here to ensure you can make that choice and if you can’t make that choice please let us know so we can work on changing this. You can contact us via the IT Pro blog, the IT Manager blog, or by sending us an email!
