TechNet Flash, Volume 11, Issue 4 March 2009
From the Editor
Greetings New TechNet Flash Subscriber,
Visit Our Blog!
Innovation does two things, it creates solutions to today’s problems and inspires others, eventually leading to more innovation. You have probably seen the news of the Ignite IT Awards over the last while as we asked you to share your stories of innovation. Of all the programs the TechNet and MSDN teams work on throughout the year this is my favorite. It continues to amaze me the innovative way people use technology to solve their challenges. I think back to last year’s winners and am still amazed by what Alexei Kouznetsov and Kurtis Kril were able to do on their own, or the amazing team work done by Navantis and Apption. Now it is time to get inspired and read about this year’s solutions and vote on which one you think is best. Your vote will influence who the final two winners will be.

From March 1st through March 31st, the Microsoft Canada Ignite IT Awards is open for voting by you and your peers, Canada’s technology community. Visit the site to review all the great submissions, including videos, and then let us know your favorites by voting. You could win* one of 10 Microsoft Zune Media Players just for voting. You can vote for as many as submissions as you’d like, but you can only vote for the same submission once a day. Vote for your favorites, vote for your friends, or vote for yourself! Help support your community—vote now.
