This offer is valid only for customers purchasing new Windows XP Upgrade (U) or Upgrade with Software Assurance (U&SA) or Software Assurance (SA)-only licenses through Open Business, Open License Value, Select, and Enterprise Agreements between June 1, 2004 and December 31, 2004 (offer limited to the first 200,000 total product copies/desktops licensed by all eligible customers). This offer is not available for academic, government, or charity licenses. This offer is limited to qualifying organizations with 1,000 employees or less. Limit one rebate per license agreement. Multiple rebate redemption requests per customer are allowed, but the total rebate amount of all requests is limited based upon the schedules below.

All qualifying products must be acquired by December 31, 2004. All qualifying redemption requests must be submitted by 5:00pm PST on January 31, 2005. You will need your contract authorization number. Customers should visit www.microsoft.com/canada/windowsxp/rebate and follow the instructions to redeem their rebate. Please allow up to 14 weeks for rebate processing.
