The White Stone Group was looking for a solution to enable its 350-plus licensed hospital client-base the ability to securely access voice-based digital patient information via the Internet.
The voice-based software, developed by The White Stone Group, facilitates and documents managed healthcare transactions such as pre-certifications, verification of benefits and eligibility, case management reviews and notification of admission and discharge.

The group wanted to enable its clients to boost productivity and the return on their investment by easily leveraging the existing application infrastructure to access the digitized patient information via the Internet.
