Hoshizaki is the world’s largest manufacturer of ice-making equipment, with global annual sales in excess of over $2 billion. In 2010 Hoshizaki Europe realised it had outgrown its existing patchwork of legacy systems, which included Sage financial, Japanese
inventory management and separate sales systems. Having recently acquired a Danish company that had successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX, the business decided to install the solution across Hoshizaki’s European operations. The business now has a
