To boost productivity at the professional services firm, IT staff wanted to improve communication and access to information for staff, who often work remotely. They also introduced enhanced productivity and contact capabilities with Microsoft® Office® 2010 and Microsoft® Exchange® 2010, and software telephony and desktop video with Microsoft® Lync™ 2010. With the ability to share desktops and applications, instantly establish audio and video conferences, and locate colleagues using Presence, KordaMentha has improved productivity. Staff have the flexibility to work faster in real time, and communicate more powerfully with clients.
