Migrating all email, calendars, and contacts from the existing Post Office Protocol (POP) to Microsoft Exchange Online
Creating a SharePoint Online team site that would allow IFAs to upload, modify, and share documents across the organisation
With all emails, calendars, contacts, and documents stored in the cloud, IFAs can now concentrate on what’s most important to them—their clients. They can manage appointments and emails using their mobile phones, create follow-up tasks and reminders instantly,
and upload any documentation into their team site from any location.
The ability to work offline means staff can continue to work while travelling, safe in the knowledge that everything will be synchronised once they have an Internet connection.
The number of staff at the firm has more than tripled in the past six months and new users can be added to the cloud-based system easily. As the company continues to grow, it feels secure that the solution will grow with it.
