1- Get registered for the contest by using the form on this page (here) before november 15th, 2007.
2- If the web Project is “on line” (published on the Internet), the link to the web project must be sent to the email xpresion@microsoft.com before november 15th, 2007. It must also include a description, ideas and goals for the project, the techniques and technologies used, obstacles, etc.
3- If the web Project is not available “on line”, the participant must send to the email xpresion@microsoft.com before november 15th, 2007 a ZIP file with a copy of the offline Project, which once decompressed, the jury may navigate locally on a PC with Microsoft Windows XP or with Microsoft Windows Vista. It must also include a description, ideas and project goals, the techniques and technologies used obstacles, etc.
4- The theme for the Web Project is open. There is no theme or tools restriction.
5- Other restrictions that apply are detailed on the Terms and Conditions for the contest.
Participate by sending your interactive animation work (in any technology, whether it is Adobe Flash®, Microsoft Silverlight®, Microsoft Expression Blend®, etc.). The theme is free and your animation can be online or you may send it as a file. The top 10 works will receive a prize.

Participate by sending your work in digital illustration by sending us an image (created in any technology, whether it is Adobe Photoshop®, Microsoft Expression Design®, etc.) with the theme “Expression”. The top ten works will receive a prize.
