• Passion for great user experience
• Demonstrable excellent C/C++ coding/debugging skills
• Excellent design and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and cross group collaboration skills
• Must be a strong team player with a constructive perspective and committed to the success of the group
• 3+ years of experience developing software products
• A BA/BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering or experience and training equivalent to a technical degree

Not required, but big plusses:

• Experience in COM/DCOM
• Experience with web related technologies such as HTML/CSS/AJAX
• Experience with Windows Embedded CE or other embedded operating systems
