工作职责(Responsibilities)：

from college or graduate school soon and are looking for a good software

Research Asia? If your answer to these questions is yes, this position could be
the right one for you. Microsoft Research Asia is teaming up with a number of
Microsoft product groups to form joint development projects in its newly
created Advanced Technology Center in Beijing. This effort will result in
shipping cutting-edge technologies in future Microsoft products.
The newly launched
Advanced Technology Center (ATC) focuses on developing software features and
products which will go into Microsoft products for the worldwide market, and
transferring key innovations from research to products.
In this position you will work closely with peer developers, development lead,
testers, and program manager to define and implement product features in the
areas of: Natural Language Processing, Speech, Media Computing, Information
Processing, Visual Computing, Internet Graphics, User Interface, Wireless and
Networking, and Internet Media.
职位要求(Qualifications)：
1. Majoring in Computer Science or
related discipline with outstanding academic achievement;
2. Previous research or system development
experience in the above areas desired;
3. Strong analytical, design, implementation
and debugging skills required.
4. Experience with Windows API's, COM, and
Microsoft.Net technologies is a big plus; and
5. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
