工作职责(Responsibilities)：

Want to be part of the exciting team that is driving the Windows Mobile development in the fast growing China Market? Do you want to design the great multimedia experience for the massive Windows mobile users? Would you like to contribute to the next release of Windows Mobile? The Mobile Technology Center in ATC (Advanced Technology Center) is looking for an exceptional program manager to drive the mobile media experience for Windows Mobile as well as the features designed for China local market.

As the feature program manager, your responsibilities include management of all aspects of product development. You will be responsible for design and implementation of user experience in the multimedia areas. You will drive product feature work, deliver detailed product specifications and manage project schedules to completion, working closely with development and test team. You also need to manage the communication and relationship with Redmond teams and other partners. as a PM based in Beijing, you are also in charge of releasing Windows Mobile based feature pack to China market. You will work together with local OEMs, operators and other partners in China to deliver exciting Windows Mobile product and features to China consumers.

职位要求(Qualifications)：

This position requires a self-motivated individual who is passionate of creating great mobile media experience especially for China market and can proactively make things happen.

Strong customer empathy, good at understanding customer requirements and can transfer such knowledge into the engineering process.

Knowledgeable on China mobile market and consumer behavior.

Good work experience with local OEMs and operators. Excellent problem solving skill, great at UI and technical design.

Outstanding oral and written communication skill in English.

Ability to communicate effectively with partner inside and outside of Microsoft.

Familiar with software development process and can drive the project from start to completion.

Preferred technical competencies include experience in Windows Mobile/Embedded development, computer multimedia or graphic technologies and user interface design.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent preferred.
