Question: What's your work style? How do you describe the Microsoft culture to your friends?

Answer: My work style is always changing. I can be aggressive when needed, but most of the time, I am very relaxed. I like to get things done but I do not like a rigid schedule. One great aspect of Microsoft�s culture is that you can truly be yourself 100% of the time without worrying about being judged. The culture is very casual and relaxed and it does not matter what you wear or how many hours you work as long as you deliver on your commitments and contribute to the success of your team.

Question: Do you spend any time doing volunteer or charity work? Anything to help make the world a better place?

Answer: I am involved with the National CARES mentoring movement, which is a mentor-recruitment movement that connects mentors with existing local mentoring organizations for vulnerable young. I am currently a mentor for two beautiful girls and I meet with them on a monthly basis. One of the good things about working for Microsoft is that the company fully supports your decision to be involved in the community through our Microsoft GIVE campaign. It is difficult to find a company that gives you the opportunity to give back to your community and even pays the non-profit organization for the time you spend volunteering.
