Hace varios años que como consultor independiente se especializa en tuning de base de datos y en proyectos de BI. Actualmente es socio fundador de SQL Total Consulting y se desempeña como consultor, entrenador y coach sobre estas tecnologías. Es ingeniero electrónico con especialidad en computadoras egresado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires y por mas de 25 años ha estado trabajando en el desarrollo de software en distintas áreas y tecnologías, especialmente de bases de datos relacionales, OLAP, Data Warehouse y BI. Implementó soluciones y participó como desarrollador, arquitecto, consultor y líder de proyecto sobre tecnologías Microsoft. En Telefónica de Argentina participó en el Data Warehouse corporativo y en crear herramientas para la detección de fraude sobre grandes volúmenes de datos. Posee experiencia en SQL Server desde el año 1995 en que comenzó a trabajar con el SQL Server 4.2. En el año 1996 obtuvo la certificación Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. Fue entrenador en los cursos oficiales de SQL Server 2000. Participó de la creación del Microsoft Users Group (MUG) donde es orador y moderador de la lista de base de datos. Fue disertante en el lanzamiento del SQL Server 2005 y actualmente es orador habitual en los eventos organizados por Microsoft. Colabora frecuentemente con artículos en revistas técnicas de Argentina.

Daniel Cazzulino (a.k.a. kzu) is co-founder of Clarius Consulting, providing mentoring, consulting and development in Microsoft .NET technologies. He has written several books and articles for Wrox Press, Apress, ASPToday, MSDN Online, TechTarget and others. He's also a recognized speaker who presents regularly in conferences in Argentina and worldwide, such as TechEd, XML DevCon, VSLive!, SET, etc. His company (and himself!) works closely with Microsoft Corp in key projects from the patterns & practices group, and he was a main developer on projects like the Guidance Automation Toolkit, Composite UI Application Block, the Mobile Client Software Factory and contributed to many others. He also works with other groups inside Microsoft such as the Architecture Strategy group, to define solutions related to software architecture, domain specific languages and factories. Microsoft rewarded him as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) initially on XML Technologies for his contributions to the community through open source projects (such as the renowned Mvp.Xml -http://codeplex.com/mvpxml-, Mesh4x -http://mesh4x.org-, etc.) and his weblog (http://clariusconsulting.net/kzu), and more recently the increasingly popular .NET mocking framework Moq (http:// moq.me).

Don Demsak (aka DonXML) is a Microsoft Data Platform MVP and a .Net Solutions Architect consultant, who specializes in architecting and programming multi-tier applications using Microsoft’s .Net framework. He is an evangelist that is known for preaching the benefits of XML, Web Services Contract First, and the .Net framework on various discussion groups across the web and on his blog. He also enjoys the intellectual comradery of working with developers and architects from around the world. Don is one of the founders of the Mvp.Xml open source project (www.mvpxml.org), which is helping to enhance the XML capabilities in the .Net framework, which includes the XPathmania project, which adds XPath testing support to the XML Editor in Visual Studio 2005.

Gil Fink is working at Sela Group as a .NET consultant. Gil graduated his computer science BA degree in the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel with honours. Also, Gil holds a Microsoft's MCPD enterprise application developer title. Gil's fun is to develop infrastructure for projects, solve logic and design problems and to return home to his baby boy Oron and his loving wife Liora. Gil's interests includes variety of things including Enterprise Library, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework or whatever Microsoft is throwing at him.

Mauricio works with Microsoft technologies for many years already - having started his career developing calculations of costs, performance, etc. via worksheets using Windows 3.0 and Excel 2.0 – allowing him this experience the familiarity with both access to the Windows APIs as all that remaining COM / COM+ and be continuously researching the new technologies and architectures as Silverlight, Azure, etc. One of the first in the area in use and disseminate XML today is an expert as regards Open XML and Office technologies for the Enterprise including Sharepoint. As a natural technological leader was initiator or participant in several groups of users such as Microsoft Users Group in Argentina, MOSSCA, UXity and others. In this natural condition led developments both internally as exports to Italy, Spain and Chile. Still continues mentoring, developing and consulting in XML, SharePoint, and corporate Office, his name is widely known in the local area. He is a regular contributor to MSDN, TechNet, .Code, Apress, etc.
