Sefer Algan was graduated from Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University. He was first meet with programming while his computer class about BASIC at middle school infect he is interested at programming professionally during university education. After finishing his C programming he amazed from developing programs with C++ so that he totally leaved Electronics away. During this time he developed programs with C/C++ and he had chance to develop web based applications for different companies. After .NET released at 2001 he could easily adopted to C# but because of .NET was a new technology and there wasn’t not enough information at Turkey he decided to create a platform for sharing information about software development which is called C#nedir?com (www.csharpnedir.com) where he still keeps leading of this community. Sefer Algan keeps sharing information with other software developers about C# and .NET at seminars which are organized by C#nedir?com or the other popular communities. At the same time he helped lots of people to learn C# by C# Academy which is an activity by C#nedir?com. Sefer Algan is an author of “Inside out C#” book which is refferenced from universities as an course book with release date of 2003 from Pusula publishing house. Also “Inside out C#” still one of the most populer Turkish C# book. Algan keeps his professional career in a software company as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Consultant.
