  Question
I have not been able to access my Hotmail inbox for two weeks. It is not my
computer or settings because I can access other Hotmail accounts/inboxes. I
can go to the Hotmail account home page, but when I click on Inbox I get the
DNS/server error page. I have been in communication with support but they
said they would forward to a tech support specialist but I have not heard
from them in a week. I have had this Hotmail account since 1998. I tried
several times a month ago to convert it to the new Live Hotmail service but
it said I couldn't because my account was from a 3rd party source. (How can
it be a third party when it is, and has always been, a Hotmail account??)

Please help - any suggestions on how I can access my inbox are appreciated.
Thanks!

This reeplay goes for the other gyes that they dont need to STRES.

My (NOD 32) (ekrn.exe) or (egui.exe) anti virus stops somehow exactly only
the hotmail inbox.

So basicly I just stoped the anti virus software and all stres was gone, try
stop your antivirus for just going to inbox then if it works for you start
antivirus back.
Heave Fun.
