  Question
  How did my hotmail and live.com mail get frustrated by a MAPI type? How do I
correct this so that the email returns to service. It seems frustrated by a
notion that I have not loged on to the servier

I'm not quite clear what your problem is, but I know that you've posted in the
wrong place.
