problem with settings in MSN Search

Question

	I have a question: I go to my settings...and go to control panel and i get he following message: Wndows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close : C:\DOCUME~1\LISASM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\14d7_appcompat.txt I am unable to get into settings and chance any of my settings or use downloads What can I do? I really do not know a thing about computers and software

I think that you should post this to the newsgroup that is appropriate for your
operating system:
