Microsoft WinDays 9 Virtual Conference

As one of the three conferences that will be taking place during the Microsoft WinDays 9 conference, the Microsoft WinDays 9 Virtual conference will encompass the most people, and not only those registered for the conference, but also all Internet users who would like to participate in the contents and activities of the conference in some manner.
As the name of the conference itself suggests, this conference will take place virtually, that is, prior, during and after the other two . It will open two months prior to the others and actually does not end, depending on the activities of the users within the virtual conference. The virtual conference does not have its own, separate contents, but rather allows the other conferences to function by using the online space.

The Microsoft WinDays 9 Virtual conference will take place by means of a new conference portal, which will replace the existing one that was active only during the course of the conference. In addition to the standard distribution of information related to the conference, contents and location, the virtual conference will make full use of new technologies and, for the first time, allow:

• Live streaming of particular events, keynote presentations, as well as selected presentations by various speakers
• Video on demand of all conference presentations, which broadcasts synchronized video, audio and the presentations of the speakers 
• Use of web 2.0 technologies (such as speaker and visitor blogs, tag categorization, screencasts, web sites,…) for enhanced user experience 
• Work space for each presentation, where it is possible to watch beta versions of presentations, to provide comments,
• Giving suggestions to the presenter, exchanging opinions and so on,
• Organize your time by using the conference scheduler, not only for the presentations, but for accompanying events as well

In addition to the above mentioned possibilities, the Microsoft WinDays 9 Virtual conference will also play a vital role on the last day of the conference, which will be completely virtual, that is, it will take place via the web site in the virtual conference space. This process is intended for registered users only, that is, attendees of the Microsoft WinDays 9 Business conference and/or Microsoft WinDays 9 Technology conference.
