Once you have decided that you want to work at Microsoft’s biggest development center in Europe, all you have to do is to submit your application to one of our
vacancies in Denmark.
Our recruitment team will respond to your application as soon as possible, but due to the large number of applications we receive every day, please note that it can take a while before you hear from us.
What happens then?We screen your profile and résumé and set up a phone interview, if we believe you are the right person for either a current job opening or a future one. The phone interview will only last for approx. 20 minutes. If you’re able to give some short answers to our questions about technology, you will proceed to the evaluation process that is carried out be the hiring manager and his or her team. If you’re still in the loop, you will be invited to an in-depth interview with either a
Software Development Engineer, a Software Development Engineer in Test or a Program Manager. If you ace this interview, you can look forward to being invited to a day of further interviews at the site or at a recruitment event. Don’t worry about coming from far away. Most of us do. And we usually coordinate the travel arrangements and cover your travel costs.
If your day at MDCC is a success, you will be offered a job here. And if you live outside Denmark, we will offer you
relevant relocation assistance, work-permit sponsorship and tax consultation as part of the package.
It is no secret that we set the bar high and require strong technical skills. If you want to be well prepared for your interview, here is some useful reading material:
