How to apply
Once you have decided that you want to work at Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen, all you have to do is to submit your application to one of our vacancies in Denmark.
What happens then?
We screen your profile and résumé and set up a phone interview, if we believe you are the right person for either a current job opening or a future one. The phone interview will only last for approx. 20 minutes. If you’re able to give some short answers to our questions about technology, you will proceed to the evaluation process that is carried out by the hiring manager and his or her team. If you’re still in the loop, you will be invited to an in-depth interview with one of our professionals in your specific area of expertise. If you ace this interview, you can look forward to being invited to a day of further interviews at the site or at a recruitment event. Don’t worry about coming from far away. Most of us do. And we usually coordinate the travel arrangements and cover your travel costs.
If your day at MDCC is a success, you will be offered a job here. In many cases, if you live outside Denmark, we will offer you relevant relocation assistance, work-permit sponsorship and tax consultation as part of the package.
