From selling to creating
Claus Busk Andersen, Danish Senior Program Manager, Dynamics NAV Server & Tool, has been with MDCC since April 2003. Claus has a degree in economic marketing.

Freedom plus responsibility equals achievement
“I enjoy the freedom and responsibility that comes with working here, because it empowers me to shape my own career. Right now, I’m working on Performance for a new NAV release, and on a typical workday I gather info and specify features for the coming releases of NAV. I work closely together with both the development and test teams during implementation of the features, and it’s my job to ensure visibility of features before, during and after development. I also hook up with the Doc team to ensure that all features are being documented appropriately before the release.”
“I’m a native Dane, so I didn’t have to move as far as many of my colleagues. Naturally, I have the same opportunities for professional evolution as everybody else, and I look forward to continue my personal growth and get smarter and smarter and smarter, as we say here.”
