Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you'll implement, develop, and architect effective solutions while working directly with customers. You'll use your software expertise to help ensure that our customers get greater business value from our world-class technology. You’ll also grow your own expertise in platform and industry solutions and strategic technology consulting. Preferred skills & experience:

  • Master in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in multinational corporations and/or experience with a systems technology consulting firm


Account Manager

As an account manager, you will help define sales strategies to create customer loyalty, evangelize Microsoft’s innovation roadmap and identify additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will enable our enterprise customers to realize their potential through the power of Microsoft’s technology and innovations. Your customer-centric mind will be pivotal in building relationships with business and technical decision makers and aligning customer priorities to Microsoft value offerings. You will work with an exciting and collaborative team focused on winning, dedicated to the customer and committed to developing your potential.

  • Master in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service orientation
  • Practical account management experience


Partner Account Manager

As a Partner Account Manager you will be the driving force behind Microsoft sales and deployments through our selected managed partner channel (Retail, OEM). Key to your success will be establishing and maintaining managed partner relationships keeping partners up to date on, technically knowledgeable about, and ready to sell Microsoft products and solutions. You add value by extending account and opportunity teams’ efforts via well-managed and growing relationships with partners to drive yearly revenue targets and long-term revenue opportunities.

  • Master in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • Practical partner channel management experience


Solution Sales Specialist

The core focus of this role is to support the account managers to drive the sales and adoption of Industry Solution Areas leveraging the Microsoft software platform across the customer base. A key success factor of this role is to help the customer understand how to apply Microsoft’s platform capabilities to their specific business processes. This is accomplished by working with and leading responsible field based resources, Partners, and the Customer through the sale and evangelism of solutions. This role plays a crucial role in defining, developing, prioritizing, and ultimately selling these Industry Solutions at scale with these resources.

Preferred skills & experience:

  • Master in Business Informatics, Communications, or related field
  • Experience presenting to various audiences, including senior management, mid-management, or technical employees
  • Practical solution sales experience


Support Engineer

If you are passionate about customers and technology, this is a great opportunity to learn quickly, solve real world problems and develop a career in the software industry. As a support engineer you are on the front lines of our customer support efforts. You’ll analyze technical software problems and develop solutions for a broad range of customers from small development shops and independent software vendors to Fortune 500 companies.
