CRM specialist tie-up helps private cloud services provider expand into new market
Private cloud services provider OBT offers the full depth of hosted services to its customers, but found customers increasingly wanted enterprise-level applications customised for their own businesses. Conversely, Dialog, a software specialist company that develops customised solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, were starting to receive requests from customers for hosted versions of their solutions. After meeting at a Microsoft partner conference, it became clear that OBT could provide the missing links to the service that Dialog’s customers were requesting. OBT white labels all billing documentation and interfaces so that Dialog can insert their logo and name and thereby maintain the customer relationship. Together the two companies can efficiently provide customers with a diverse package of hosted services, expanding both their markets.
