In the .toolbox Design Scenarios track, you will be using Expression Blend, a tool
that is part of Expression Studio, to create Silverlight applications. Follow these
two simple steps to get started:
While Silverlight generated content can be viewed on both Windows and Mac computers,
Expression Blend works only on Windows. If you have a Mac, you can use Bootcamp,
Parallels, or another virtual environment to run Windows and Expression Blend.
The Silverlight Toolkit is a Microsoft project containing Silverlight controls,
components, and utilities for use in your Silverlight applications. It includes
full source code, samples, and tests.
Deep Zoom Composer

to data for queries, changes, and custom operations.
Windows Phone toolkit
The Windows Phone toolkit includes in part project templates to make your own
apps or games by using Silverlight and XNA Framework. Also included is Microsoft
Expression Blend for Windows Phone, which you can use to create applications without
ever writing a single line of code.
Windows Phone SDK Download
Download the free Windows Phone SDK to develop applications and games for Windows
Phone. The latest release includes all the necessary tools you to need to develop
