Adding the Application Bar

In this section, you add an application bar using a SketchFlow Mockup available to help you build your prototype.

  1. In the Objects and Timeline panel, select the Grid inside the RecipePivotItem.
  2. Select Assets at the bottom of the Toolbar and start typing application. Select the ApplicationBarMockup when it appears. It is now the bottom tool in the Tools panel.
  3. Double-click on the ApplicationBarMockup at the bottom of the Tools panel to add it to your selected grid.
  4. Use your Selection tool to reposition the ApplicationBarMockup at the bottom of the artboard.

  5. In the Objects and Timeline panel, expand the ApplicationBarMockup to reveal the IconButtosnContent, and the MenuItemsContent.
  6. Expand the MenuItemsContent and then expand the StackPanel within.
  7. Select the top TextBox.

  8. In the Common Properties pane of the Properties panel, change the Text to Email Shopping List.

  9. Right-click on the top TextBlock and choose Navigate to and select PeopleSearch.
  10. Press F5 to test your project. When the SketchFlow Player opens, click on the AdvSearch page in the Navigation pane to display this page.
