Instructions
To install this download
- You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
- Download the file from this page by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
- Double-click the ptk.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
Use the proofing tools as you normally would. For example, to use the spelling checker in Word 2002, do the following:- Start Word 2002.
- Open the document that contains Irish text.
- Select the Irish text you want to use the spelling checker
in.
- On the Tools menu, point to Language
and then click Set
Language.
- In the Mark selected text as list, select Gaeilge (Ireland)
and then click OK.
- Press F7 or click Spelling and Grammar on the Tools
menu.
To remove this download:
- On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Office XP
Irish Proofing Tools and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
- Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
