Overview

The Microsoft Math Add-in adds computational and graphing capabilities to the Equation Tools Ribbon of Word 2007.

With the Microsoft Math Add-in for Word 2007, you can:
  • Plot a function, equation, or inequality in 2-D or 3-D
  • Solve an equation or inequality
  • Calculate a numerical result
  • Simplify an algebraic expression

  • This download works with the following Microsoft Office program:

Instructions

To install this download:
  1. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. Double-click the officemath.msi program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:

  • You can access the Microsoft Math tool through the Add-in Ribbon or the Equation Tools Ribbon.


To remove this download:

Windows Vista
  1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
  2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
  3. Click Microsoft Math Office Add-in, and then click Uninstall.
Windows XP
  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Click Microsoft Math Office Add-in, and then click Remove.
