Important After the download is completed, when you open the compressed folder package to view the compiled Help file (Microsoft_Dynamics_CRM_IG.chm) you must clear the "Always ask before opening this file" check box when you are prompted. If you do not clear the check box, the topics in the Help file will only display a "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" message.
