This download can also be found on either the Microsoft Office 97 CD or on any of its individual application's CD's, in the Valupack folder on the particular CD.
You can use the Numbered Bullets add-in to create sequentially numbered bullet lists in your PowerPoint® presentations. You can create a numbered list in any of four styles. A numbered list is appropriate for displaying procedural steps or any presentation that contains numerous points.

To install this download
- You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
- Download the file from this page by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
- Double-click the bullets.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
Start PowerPoint. On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins, and then click Add New. In the folder where you installed the Numbered Bullets Add-In, click the Numblts.ppa file, click OK, and then click Close.
For more information about using the add-in, see the Numblts.txt file in the folder where you installed the add-in (by default, >drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office).
To remove this download:
- From the Start menu, point to the Settings entry, and choose Control Panel. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
- In the list on the Install/Uninstall tab, find the entry Microsoft PowerPoint 97 Number Bullets Add-In (Remove Only), and highlight it. Click Add/Remove.
- When it asks you if you are sure you want to remove the application, click Yes.
- When it finishes removing the program, click OK on the confirmation dialog box.
