Overview
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM documentation team has updated the Help for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 based on feedback from customers and partners. In this update, you will find expanded information and clarifications in many topics, as well as bug fixes and new topics to support late-breaking product features. This update includes Help for all supported languages.
Note: This update is not available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Service Provider Edition, and is not necessary for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
There are five download options:

The server and Language Pack versions of this update must be installed by a user who is a member of the local administrator's group on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.
The version of this update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook with Offline Access must be installed by a user who is a member of the local administrator's group on the computer.
You do not have to install this update on a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office (without offline access). This is because Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook uses the Help files on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server.
If you have installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Language Packs on the computer for which you want to update Help, you must run both the Help update installer for the server or client as well as the update installer for the Language Packs.
The Language Pack installer detects and automatically updates Help for all additional languages, and only needs to be run once on each computer.
Update the help files on a server running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 or for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook with Offline Access
Select the appropriate download for the computer you are installing the update to.
Each download file is a self-extracting file. To extract the files, double-click the file name.
Follow the instructions in the Setup wizard that starts when you double-click the file.
Uninstall the update from a server running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 or from Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook with Offline Access
In Control Panel, open Add or Remove Programs.
Make sure the Show Updates box is selected.
Select the update for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (KB955921), and then click Remove.
