
Money 2002 Update synchronisation upgrade (UK)
Brief Description
In August 2002 a new version of MSN Money was launched. This resulted in Microsoft Money 2002 being unable to correctly synchronise its portfolio with an MSN Money portfolio. This patch will upgrade the UK edition of Microsoft Money 2002 and restore compatibility with the new MSN Money.

Multimedia PC with Pentium 166 or higher processor required, Pentium II 300 recommended. Microsoft Windows® 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP or Microsoft Windows NT Workstation operating system version 4.0 or later running Service Pack 5 (will not run on earlier versions of Windows). 32 MB of RAM required, 64 MB recommended. Windows XP requires 64 MB of RAM,
128 MB or higher recommended, and a Pentium II 266 minimum. 6 MB of Hard Disk space required for the update. SVGA graphics card or compatible video graphics adapter, SVGA Colour Monitor with minimum 256 colours, capable of displaying 800 x 600 resolution, 16-bit colour recommended. Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device. 28.8 Kbps or higher-baud modem required for Internet connectivity and online banking. Some features require Microsoft Passport.

Instructions
Before installing this patch, first make sure you have applied all of Money’s automatic updates. This can be done by going to Tools, Internet Updates, Update Now.
If Money Express is running, it must be closed down before installing the upgrade. To do this, right-click the Money Express icon in the notification area, at the far right of the Windows taskbar, and then click Exit Money Express. After downloading this file to a folder on your hard-disk or your Windows desktop, navigate to that folder and double-click on the file to start the installation of this upgrade.
