OverviewThe purpose of this document is to summarize the performance test results of 500 concurrent users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 executing a mix of sales, marketing, service, data management, reporting, workflow and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook with Offline Access synchronization transactions. The scenario described in this document is based on a specific set of metrics (user counts, transaction volumes, data set size and composition, etc) and is for a single organization, on-premise deployment model.
