Instructions
For Windows 2003 server operating system:
1) Open the file directly or save and launch
For non-Windows 2003 server operating systems:
1) Save the file to disk
2) Browse to where the file is saved
3) Right-click on the file and choose Properties
4) On the General tab, click the Unblock button
5) Click OK
6) Open the file
