Overview
Windows Template Library (WTL) is a library for developing Windows® applications and UI components. It extends ATL (Active Template Library) and provides a set of classes for controls, dialogs, frame windows, GDI objects, and more. This version provides support for Visual Studio 2005 and Windows XP, and also support for the Windows CE platform.
Update: WTL 7.5 is now available under Microsoft Permissive License.
