The .NET Framework Data Provider for Oracle is an add-on component to the .Net Framework® that provides access to the Oracle database. This provider relies upon Oracle Client Interfaces provided by the Oracle Client Software.
Note: This release does not work with distributed transactions. For more information, please see Knowledge Base Article 322343.

Important: If the .NET Framework (which is included as part of Visual Studio .NET) is not installed the setup for this download will fail. As part of the setup for this download the System.Data.OracleClient namespace is added to the global assembly cache. Top of page
