OverviewThe Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Calendar Views Add-in makes it easy for you to view your Outlook Calendar appointments through a filter that is based on Outlook labels and categories. For example, you can create a view that shows you only the appointments on your calendar that are labeled Must Attend, or are categorized as Important. You add filters by using the Calendar Views toolbar, which opens in your Outlook Calendar after you install the add-in. InstructionsTo install this download: 1. Close Outlook. 2. Download the file by clicking the Download button (above) and saving the file to your hard disk. 3. Double-click the OCVSetup.msi program file on your hard disk to start the setup program. 4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation. Instructions for use: After you install the download, open Outlook 2003. In Calendar, the Calendar Views toolbar is open in the center of the screen. If you want, you can dock the toolbar at the edge of the Calendar window. Use the buttons on the Calendar Views toolbar to create and manage views and to find Help about using the Outlook Calendar Views Add-in. To remove this download: 1. On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. 2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs. 3. In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Calendar Views Add-in and then click Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program. 4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the program. Note: Outlook must be closed to uninstall this add-in.
