Overview
The Microsoft Outlook® Support for Lotus cc:Mail (Windows® 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT® 4.0) add-in is an updated version of the Microsoft Outlook service provider for Lotus cc:Mail. It was developed by Transend Corporation. It is a Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) service provider that enables you to use Microsoft Outlook as your e-mail client with a cc:Mail post office. After you install the cc:Mail service provider and add the information service to your user profile, you can exchange mail with other cc:Mail and Microsoft Outlook users. You can also download your folders from the cc:Mail post office - including your Inbox, Drafts, and Message Log (Sent Mail) - use cc:Mail bulletin boards, download the post office address book for working offline, and use most Microsoft Outlook features with your cc:Mail e-mail account, while connected to the local area network (LAN).
This update to Outlook Support for Lotus CC:Mail includes a fix for the bug described in OL98: (CW) Imported cc:Mail Folder Messages Show Wrong Year for Outlook 98 and OL97: Imported cc:Mail Folder Messages Show Wrong Year for Outlook 97. Both articles contain links to localized versions of MS Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail.

Instructions
To install this download
- You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
- Read the Outlook Support for cc:Mail Overview article. It contains important information required to make this download operate correctly.
- Download the file, CCMailSP.exe from this page by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
- Double-click the CCMailSP.exe program file on your hard disk to start the Setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
Add the Lotus cc:Mail information service to your mail profile:
- Click the Windows Start button on your system tray, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Mail icon and then click Add.
- In the Available Information Services box, click MS Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail.
- 4. Enter your User Name and Password, and the location of your cc:Mail post office in the spaces provided. (If you don't know all of this information, please ask the administrator of your cc:Mail post office.)
- To enable all the Outlook functionality that is available to you with cc:Mail, on the Delivery tab, select the Send Using Microsoft Exchange Rich Text Format check box.
