Overview
The Microsoft Office XP Euro Currency Converter Smart Tag automatically detects amounts in
12 European national currencies and the euro. You can then convert the amounts
from one of the 12 national currencies to euro and vice versa. The smart tag will
use the fixed conversion rates as defined by European Council Regulations No.
2866/98 (for 11 currencies) and 1478/2000 (for the Greek drachma):

To install this download
- You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.

- Double-click the EuroST.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
Once you have installed the file, quit all Office programs and then
restart them.
In Microsoft Word 2002, the smart tag is enabled automatically after installation.
In Microsoft Excel 2002:- On the Tools menu, click AutoCorrect Options.
- On the Smart Tags tab, click
to select the Label data with smart tags check box, and
select Euro Currency Converter from the list of available smart tags.
To remove this download:
- On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the list of currently installed programs, select Microsoft Euro
Currency Converter and then click Remove or Add/Remove. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to remove the program.
- Click Yes or OK to confirm that you want to remove the program.
