These companion workbooks contain copies of all of the source data and reports used in the article, in addition to four PivotChart® reports that show you how to present the information graphically.

Instructions



To install this download

  1. You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
  2. Download the file from the Office Tools on the Web site by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
  3. Double-click the Reports.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.


Instructions for use:

The installation program copies the files SampleCustomerReports.xls, SampleOrderReports.xls, SampleProductReports.xls, and SampleSalespersonReports.xls to your desktop. From there you can copy or move the files to another folder if you want.


To view the companion workbooks, double-click the file you want, and then read the information and instructions on each worksheet in Excel.

To remove this download:

There is no uninstall feature with this download. To remove the download file itself, delete the file Reports.exe. To remove the files you installed, search for and delete the following files from your hard disk drive:


SampleCustomerReports.xls


SampleOrderReports.xls


SampleProductReports.xls


SampleSalespersonReports.xls
