Overview
This download installs Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Microsoft Office Outlook, which integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 (on-premise and service provider editions).
Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook enables access to the same data through Outlook as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web application.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Outlook with Offline Access allows data to be taken offline.
This version includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Update Rollup 10 slipstreamed into the download. For more information see Update Rollup 10 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available.
Important: Do not install this version if you use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. There is another version available: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Microsoft Office Outlook.
