Overview
The Microsoft Electronic Forms Designer Runtime update allows you to use forms
in Microsoft Outlook® 2002 that were originally created with Microsoft
Electronic Designer. If you use Microsoft Exchange Server to send and
receive e-mail, and use forms created in Electronic Forms Designer, you will
need to install this update.

Instructions
To install this download
- You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are
offline.
- Quit Outlook if it is running.
- Download the file from the Microsoft Office Tools
on the Web site by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in
the dialog boxes.
- Double-click the efd.exe program file on your hard disk to
start the setup program.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
Instructions for use:
- Start Outlook.
- On the Tools menu, click Forms, and then click Choose
Form.
- In the Choose Form dialog box, select Organizational Forms
Library from the Look In drop-down box.
- Select the form you want, and then click Open to view and begin working in your form.
