Overview
The Response Point SP2 Resource Kit contains the following:
• A Command line utility for configuring “users” to an RP base Unit from a CSV(excel) file.
• A Command line utility for adding/reconfiguring “Phones” to a RP Base Unit (including assigning extensions/ users) from a CSV (excel) file. This tool will also allow a user to find all phones connected to a RP system and write them to an a CSV file.
• A Command line utility for adding “generic phones” to a system from a CSV (excel) file. The user will still have to manually configure the generic phones with data provided by this utility using a method supported by the IP phone(Web UI, TFTP, etc).
Note: This tool works with Response Point 1.0 SP2 only.

Instructions
Download this utility. Make sure that Response Point SP2 admin is installed on PC. Launch setup.msi.
