Overview

Microsoft Academic Volume Licensing customers may now obtain Student Select software licenses for faculty and staff employees. If your institution is currently enrolled in the Student Select program in the U.S. or Canada and you would like to allow your employees to participate under your Student Select Enrollment, we are extending permission to do so through the use of an open letter agreement.

Note: This permission applies to customers that are located or reside in the United States (not including U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands) and Canada only. Please check with your local Microsoft subsidiary for information regarding availability outside of the U.S. and Canada.

If you wish to take advantage of this permission, you may consider it to be part of your current Student Enrollment effective on October 12, 2005 or on the start date of your Student Enrollment, whichever comes later. You are not obligated to do anything to accept this permission.

For complete terms and conditions of the grant of permission, please refer to the permission letter. If you would like documentation about your new rights, you may download and print the letter for your records.

For more information about the Student Select program, please contact your Microsoft account representative or Large Account Reseller (LAR), or visit the Student Select Web site.
