Overview
Service Pack 1 for Windows Server 2003 has very detailed diagnostics information built in. With Trace Diagnostics, you can effectively use these diagnostics built-in by monitoring the requests to an IIS web server in real-time, or, follow a request throughout the IIS processing pipeline to find failures.
Included in this download are three individual tools:
1). Request Viewer
2). IISREQMON.exe
3). IISTRACE.exe

System Requirements
- Supported Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-Bit x86); Windows Server 2003 R2 Datacenter Edition (32-Bit x86); Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition (32-Bit x86); Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition (32-bit x86); Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
This toolkit will not install on any version of Windows other than Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 because of dependencies on features not previously released in Windows. Top of page
Instructions
To install Trace Diagnostics 1.0, do the following:
1) Download TraceDiag.msi
2) Double-click TraceDiag.msi and select the Typical installation
NOTE: The default path for TraceDiag is %programfiles%\iis resources\tracediag. If you would like to locate in another path, please choose custom installation.
