Overview
The PSCOMPlus tool is used to specify the accounts you want Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 to use when it accesses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services and Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services. PSCOMPlus.exe can also be found in the \BIN\1033 folder of your Project Server installation.
